I too had issues esp with...I feel your pain Tanner! I too had issues esp with the later hexes. QC out the window and I was not into cutting each one to size. There was a local Vancouver company that made me up some hex columns that were aligned perfectly but you still had to slice them up yourself (made up a hotwire jig for that). Forests, Village, etc.?
